2025 London West Tincaps Scout Day – Schedule and Event Details
We’re thrilled to welcome athletes and families to the 2025 London West Tincaps Scout Day! This exciting event is a chance for young players to showcase their skills, connect with coaches, and enjoy a fun day of baseball with the Tincaps community.

The full schedule is now available, with participants grouped by birth year to ensure the best possible experience for each athlete.

Event Details

  • Date: Saturday, September 6, 2025 (Rain date: Sunday, September 7, 2025)
  • Location: Byron Optimist Sports Complex – 651 Boler Rd., London, ON

Session Times

Athletes will be assigned to a two-hour time slot based on their birth year:

  • 2018 & 2019: 9:00 am – 11:00 am (registration opens at 8:45 am)
  • 2017: 11:00 am – 1:00 pm (registration opens at 10:45 am)
  • 2016: 1:15 pm – 3:15 pm (registration opens at 1:00 pm)
  • 2015: 3:15 pm – 5:15 pm (registration opens at 3:00 pm)

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled session to check in so we can begin on time.

What to Bring

To make the most of the day, athletes should come prepared with:

  • Glove
  • Jock/Jill
  • Baseball hat
  • Filled water bottle
  • Helmet (if available)
  • Bat (if available)
  • A great attitude!
