Tincaps 8u & 9u Fall Tryouts (Rep & Select)
Tincap Families,

London West Tincap fall tryouts will start with our 8u & 9u age groups. The plan for these age groups is to have an 8u rep team, 9u rep team and 9u Select team. The 9u Select team will be open to players attending both the 8u & 9u rep tryouts. If your child wants an opportunity to play on the 9u select team they need to be registered for 8u or 9u rep tryouts and attend those tryouts as we will not have a separate select tryout.

2026 Tincaps Fall Tryout Registration

Tincap 8u & 9u Tryouts will be run and evaluated by potential coaches, current coaches and board members to create a colaborative level playing field for all player selections.

All London West Tincap tryouts will be held at the Byron Optimist Sports Complex on Bolar rd.

See the 8u & 9u Scheduled tryout dates below:

We reccomend all players show up 10 to 15 minutes ahead of scheduled time so they can check in and have a few minutes to relax with the other kids. No players should be on field with baseballs or bats before a coach or organizer starts the tryouts with a player warm-up. We have reviewed Oakridge & West London hockey schedules to try and reduce conflicts but if you have a conflict please let us know.

All players should have the following items - Glove, spikes or running shoes, Helmet, Jock & water bottle. If they have a bat they can bring that with them as well.
