"Updated Date" - House League Evaluation Day (Sunday March 22th) - 9u, 11u & 13u Divisions
Hello Oakridge Families,

Sorry for the confusion - The new date for evaluations is Sunday March 22nd!

We have listened to your feedback regarding balancing teams over the years and we have set forth a plan to evaluate all players prior to making teams for the 2026 season with a goal of more balanced teams across the association.

Sunday March 22th - 9u,11u,13u Oakridge H/L Player Evaluations

Players should come dressed in athletic clothing (Shorts/Jogging pants/baseball pants/ T-shirt), baseball hat and running shoes - No Baseball Bats (Bat will be provided at the cage)

Players will be evaluated with players from the same age and broken up into groups. Each group will be on field for approximately 45 minutes. Parents can stay on the sidelines to watch (limited room). Siblings must be evaluated with the correct age group and are not permitted to join in a group with a younger or older siblings

Player evaluations will take place at Centrefield Sports indoor baseball facility - 25 Midpark Cresent, London, On N6N 1A9. There is no additional cost to players or families, we just ask that everyone attend at their scheduled time.

Oakridge Baseball has Half of the field plus a batting cage rented for evaluations on the 22nd and all players will get a chance to field ground balls, catch fly balls and hit in a batting cage with a coach throwing soft toss during the 45 minutes alloted to their group. We have limited space and many players to evaluate so please attend the correct session. Players should arrive 5-10 minutes early to situate themselves, change into running shoes and have gear ready to hit the field.

Those that attend evaluation day will be given priority on family and friend requests made in notes section of registration outside the new registration rule with 2026 registration that noted One friend request per player would be allowed and it needed to be reciprocal.
